Account & Profile
Navigate to "My Stuff" > "Profile" in the main menu, then click "Edit Profile". You can update your name, bio, profile photo, skills, genres, and other information.
Absolutely! You can create and manage as many entities as you need. Each entity has its own profile, events, press kit, and settings. This is perfect if you're in multiple bands or manage several venues.
When editing your profile, you'll find tag selection sections for skills, genres, and roles. Simply click on the tags that apply to you. These help others discover you based on what you do.
Go to your Profile settings and look for the password change option. If you signed up with Google, you'll manage your password through your Google account instead.
Discovery & Social
Use the "Discover" page to search and filter entities by type, location, genre, and more. You can also use the quick search bar in the header to find specific entities or users.
Following an entity keeps you updated on their activity. You'll see their events in your "Upcoming Events" feed and can easily access their profile from your Following list.
Favorites are entities you've bookmarked for quick access. Think of it as your personal shortlist of venues you want to play, bands you want to collaborate with, or services you might need.
LocalStage includes internal messaging so you can communicate with other users directly on the platform. Access your messages from the envelope icon in the header or through "My Stuff" > "Messages".
Entities & Management
Go to "My Stuff" > "Entities" and click "Create New Entity". Choose a template that matches your entity type (band, venue, etc.), fill in the details, and you're ready to go!
Yes! Entity owners can invite other users as Members or Editors. Go to your entity's details page and look for the "Members" section to send invitations. Editors can make changes while Members have view-only access.
A Stage Kit is your entity's customizable mini-website. It includes pages for your bio, photos, music, events, and contact information. You can customize colors, layout, and content to match your brand.
A Press Kit is a professional package of information about your entity designed for venues, promoters, and media. It includes your bio, photos, music links, technical requirements, and contact information - everything someone needs to book or feature you.
Events & Booking
Navigate to your entity's page and find the Events section. Click "Add Event" to create a new event with details like date, time, location, and description. You can also invite other entities to participate.
Yes! LocalStage includes a ticketing system. When creating an event, you can enable ticketing, set up ticket tiers with different prices, and even create promo codes. Attendees can purchase tickets directly through the platform.
When you create an event, you can invite other entities (like bands or vendors) to participate. They'll receive a notification and can accept or decline. Accepted entities appear on the event page.

Click the "Login" button in the top right corner, then select "Register" to create a new account. You can sign up with your email address or use Google authentication for quick access.
Yes! LocalStage is free for all users. We believe in supporting local music communities without financial barriers. Some premium features may be introduced in the future, but core functionality will always remain free.
An Entity represents any music-related organization or project you manage. This could be a band, solo act, venue, recording studio, booking agency, or any other music business. You can create multiple entities and invite team members to help manage them.
